Coaching sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are billed at one hour.

Mon Tue Thu Fri ~ 11 am to 9 pm
Wed ~ 6 pm to 9 pm
Sun ~ 6 pm to 9 pm
(9pm is latest completion time; 7:30 pm is latest start time)
